It was a gloomy day. I thought it will rain throughout the day but my prayers were heard. We were able to finish shooting inspite of the wind and short rainshowers and we got rewarded with a beautiful sunset!❤️ God is good all the time!
What kind of a friend I am depends on the kind of friendship you are offering. I can bare my heart and soul. Show you how great I can be beneath my flaws and all. Let you judge me, trample or laugh at my absurdity but still I will remain caring and understanding towards you. Fight for you until the end. Keep your secrets until I die. But forgive me if I may have secrets of my own that I cannot tell but rest assured it has nothing to do with you. I remain loyal no matter what but please understand if I don’t share your opinion. I choose to believe my conviction even if everyone is against it. But betrayal in friendship is something I cannot forgive. I would rather be confronted than listen to sugarcoated lies. Believe me when I say that I can turn my back on you if you betray me. So don’t let greed and lies turn you into someone I despise the most. Don’t let me become a cruel person.
March 25, 2013. It was one momentous day of my life that I will never forget and will always be proud of.
I met and shoke hands with high ranking officials in Philippine Navy. I was introduced to soldiers who specialized in various fields like flying, ship maneuvering, combat, training and so on. They were all present and ready to lend a hand to my team and for that I will always be grateful.
On the deck of PS35, if I was only more observant, I may have remembered the names of these soldiers. They do have name patches in their uniforms. They were dressed in combat uniforms. All set for battle. They carried their weapons with dignity and pride. I was too busy, too distracted to notice anything. But when the aerial shot was done and we were travelling back to the port area, that’s when I took this photo. They weren’t actors. They’re the real NAVSOG. The unsung heroes.
Sometimes there are things, people, places or even circumstances in our lives that leave us in awe, breathless, and speechless for a second or two. Those rare occassions don’t come easily everyday, they seldom do, but they desert memories within us as fast as it fades away.
Life is too short to dwell on bad memories. Live your life expecting the best and least of the worse. Take a risk. Do not be afraid to get hurt. Never allow fear to limit your true potentials. Believe in yourself and that everything happens for a reason, greater reason that we are unable to explain.
